Eco-Wastewater System Tour
April and May dates TBA
Saturday, starting at 9 a.m.
Concord, Weston and Newton
Join us on a tour of three ecological wastewater systems at work in eastern Massachusetts! We will start in Weston at a greenhouse-enclosed solar aquatics system that serves the town business district. We'll then meet at the Urban Ark (see info below) to see a graywater-irrigated greenhouse and landscape, and then meet again at the Old Manse Historical Home in Concord to see a microflush toilet and blackwater recycler with ecological leachfield disguised as a 19th century garden. Donation: $10.

Baja EcoSan Camp
Learn how to build composting toilets by the sea at El Santuario (south of Loreto) and Cabo Pulmo in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
November dates TBA
