We do not always realize that physical activity, healthy, nutrient-rich diet unfortunately are not enough when we forget about adequate supplementation, as well as about environmental factors. Well ... nature creates us, allows us to breathe, allows us to acquire raw materials for development, to create, to move around, surrounds us, gives us space, opportunities and gives us - water. Water is the most important and fundamental dietary supplement for the human body, without it no living creature is able to survive.

The importance of water in the diet

  Starting from the beginning, supplementation is a very important factor in healthy and fulfilling life. It’s thanks to it that we supplement all shortages, avoid injuries, handicaps, fractures, build our immune system, effectively protect ourselves against bacteria, viruses, fungi, inflammations, and nourish our skin, nails, hair, muscles, tissues as well as support digestive, breathing, burning or incremental processes - occurring in the body. As you can see, supplementation remains an inseparable element of human life and it’s extremely useful.

 Water is by far the most important dietary supplement, for several reasons that all of us should already know well, or at least should be aware of them. First of all - our body is more than 70% built of water, it’s present in all tissues, muscles, in the skin and even in the bloodstream. No process can arise without its participation. It’s said that the human body deprived of water is a dead body - man cannot live in any way without it. Every day we should drink a minimum of 2 litres of water, however, it should be remembered that if we lead a more intense lifestyle, this dose must be increased accordingly. It’s not necessary to remind ourselves that water is an important digestive factor and an element of, for example digestive juices, without which the work of internal organs such as: intestines, liver or pancreas - gets disabled. Water contains all undeniably the most necessary micro and macro elements.

Interesting is the fact that it balances and stabilizes the body in extreme situations. It does not allow it to cool down, then it uses slightly heated water, it also does not allow overheating (for sunstroke, which threatens with blood in the brain, or death). Water has many supplemental properties, it’s a salvation for dry, cracking or keratinized skin - it perfectly moisturizes, nourishes, heals and regenerates - thanks to which we look and feel much younger. In addition, it perfectly cleanses the body of toxins, gives it more energy for everyday operation - it helps both in the process of burning body fat (reducing hunger), as well as in the increase in muscle mass (nourishing and creating muscle tissue). Did you know that water greatly improves metabolic processes? We feel so lightly and freely, we are not annoyed by pain and discomfort. It also affects the filtration of the kidneys, which protects this very important organ from dangerous diseases. Interestingly, water is the cause of reducing stress factors, which is why we feel more active, we are even more nervous, sleep better, concentrate, think logically, and also have an exceptionally well-activated perception.
